PermanentAre you an experienced Project Manager with a background in pharmaceutical or life sciences consulting? Do you have experience leading digital transformation or Quality Management System implementation projects? If so, this could be the role for you!
We are partnered with a leading global GxP compliance and life sciences consulting business, who are looking to hire a Project Manager within QMS Implementation to join their growing team. The preferred location is Barcelona on a hybrid basis, although remote working will be considered for exceptional candidates who can travel regularly to Barcelona.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end QMS implementation projects for global pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients, delivering complex consulting projects while managing stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Quality Management System implementation projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate internal consulting teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in line with GxP requirements.
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic guidance throughout project delivery.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction across all engagements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years' project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, CAPAs, deviations and change control processes.
- Experience managing QMS implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Veeva Vault, TrackWise, Salesforce or similar is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Professional level English and fluent Spanish.
- Barcelona-based preferred, although remote candidates able to travel regularly will also be considered.
